At Suchi by Serenity, we offer free shipping across India on all orders.

Delivery Information:

- Delivery Time: Shipments typically take 5-8 business days from dispatch to delivery.

- Same-Day Delivery Cut-Offs: Orders placed after 3 PM on weekdays and Saturdays will not qualify for same-day dispatch. Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please note that while we strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen factors.

Order Notifications:

Once you place your order, you will receive updates regarding the order placement, dispatch, and delivery. Please check your email inbox regularly for these notifications.

Order Modifications and Cancellations:

- Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched from our fulfillment center, whichever comes first.

- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations or address changes cannot be made.

Important Information:

- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM (excluding bank holidays).

- Replacements: Requests for replacements must be made within 2 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

- If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 24 hours.

- For international orders, all applicable taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility.

- Suchi by Serenity is not responsible for orders accepted by anyone other than the designated customer.
