REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

At Suchi by Serenity, we strive to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive items that are damaged in transit, have physical defects, or if an incorrect product has been shipped, we’re here to help. To initiate a refund, please email us a video of the damaged or incorrect product within 48 hours of receipt at suchibyserenity@gmail.com

Refund Eligibility:

  • Returns are only accepted for items that meet the following criteria:

    • Damaged in transit

    • Physical defects

    • Incorrect product shipped

    • Products must be unused, with the seal intact and the serial number (if applicable) untampered.

 

Refund Process:

  • If the refund is approved, we will proceed with the process.

  • If the refund is deemed ineligible, an email will be sent to update you.

  • For online payments, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 10 working days after the refund request is approved.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account within 15 working days after the refund request is approved.

  • Spillage or Breakage: We will replace products that have experienced spillage or breakage during the delivery process.

 

Physical Damage: Minor physical damage, such as dents or scratches, will not qualify for a refund or return.
